Casein complexes based on micellar casein

The 100% Casein Complex is a dominant micellar casein milk protein mixture, made exclusively from casein milk proteins. Casein is high in essential chain amino acids (BCAA's) and very high (higher than whey) in L-glutamine, the highest and most abundant free amino acid in the human body. 100% casein complex protein contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscles and the maintenance of bones*. These milk protein products are the so-called complete proteins because they provide the body with all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 amino acids that the body cannot synthesize and that must be obtained through food (i.e. histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, trytophan, valine).

Additional L-glutamine and taurine, as well as the digestive enzymes papain and bromelain, are included in the recipe! The calcium present in the 100% Casein Complex contributes to normal muscle function, energy metabolism and neurotransmission. It is also needed to maintain normal bones and teeth*.

Recommended consumption
Dissolve 1 portion in 350 ml of water. Consume one serving daily. Use it preferably after training or before sleeping at night.
