MyoFactor
MyoFactor is a dietary drink powder containing creatine, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, lecithin, inositol and coleus forskohlii extract. Made with sweeteners.
The multifunctional properties of the product are due to the different ingredients with different areas of application:
Vitamin B6 is involved in normal protein and glycogen metabolism. Zinc and magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis. Magnesium supports normal muscle function. Vitamin D promotes the maintenance of healthy muscle function. Creatine increases physical performance during short, high-intensity training sessions. The positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
The function of amino acids in cells and in the human body in general is diverse and varied. This is reflected in the functional structure. In addition to the well-known division into essential and non-essential amino acids, amino acids can also be categorized according to their chemical structure, their composition in aqueous solutions, their typical biochemical reactions, their physiological role and other criteria. Some of these can be summarized as follows:
L-leucine, L-lysine and L-arginine are so-called protein-forming amino acids. The prefix L- means that the compound has an L configuration that can be used by the body. L-leucine and L-lysine are essential amino acids, the former being branched chain. Its metabolite, HMB (beta-hydroxymethylbutyrate), more precisely its calcium salt, is also included in the ingredients. L-arginine is not only a component of protein chains, but also a precursor of nitric oxide (NO). In the human body, L-arginine is produced in a biochemical cycle called the urea cycle. The non-protein-forming L-ornithine, which is also contained in the product, is, among other things, a component of this cycle.
Of course, building proteins requires more than just amino acids. It is a highly complex process that is precisely controlled. The term “protein-forming amino acid” should therefore not be confused with the process of protein synthesis.
It is not without reason that the diverse composition of amino acids is the mainstay of the active profile of such a multifunctional (1) product.
The lecithin in this product is an essential component of cells, be it for structure or function.
The herbal component of the product consists of an extract from Coleus Forskohlii standardized to forskolin. Standardization is a process that ensures that each unit of plant extract always contains the same amount of the active ingredient.
