Carbox is a drink powder with a carbohydrate complex. It combines five types of slow, moderate and quickly absorbed carbohydrates. It contains maltodextrin, dextrose, sucrose, fructose and corn starch. These sugars have different glycemic indices, meaning they affect blood sugar levels to different degrees. Due to their different absorption rates, some provide the body with carbohydrates quickly, while the others provide it with carbohydrates over a longer period of time.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Mix 1 portion (50g = 3 heaped tablespoons) with 300ml water; You can mix the unflavored version with a drink of your choice. Consume 1 serving before and one serving during workout or competition.
