Recommended dosage
Mix a 15g dose (1/2 scoop) with 250ml of water. Drink approximately 30 minutes before any strenuous physical activity. During endurance activities it is necessary to supplement this product with carbohydrates and a higher fluid intake (e.g. ISODRINX). The maximum daily dose is 15 g. The recommended dosage must not be exceeded.
