Ingredients: 95% carbohydrate complex (maltodextrins, glucose, isomaltulose**), 1% L-arginine hydrochloride, acidity regulators – citric acid, malic acid; 1% mineral mix (calcium salts of orthophosphosphoric acid, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, iron fumarate, manganese sulfate, potassium iodide, chromium (III) chloride, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite), flavors, 0.1% vitamins (L-ascorbic acid - Vit. C, DL- a-tocopheryl acetate - Vitamin E, nicotinic acid - niacin, D-biotin, retinyl acetate - Vitamin A, calcium D-pantothenate - pantothenic acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride - Vitamin B6, cholecalciferol - Vitamin D, pteroylmonoglutamic acid - folate, thiamine mononitrate - Vitamin. Recommended consumption: 2-4 servings daily, depending on the frequency and intensity of the effort and body weight. Dissolve 1 portion (50 g - 90 units = 3 measuring spoons) in 100 ml1 water and drink approx. 30 minutes before and immediately after the end of the effort.
