Protein 85 is a 3-component protein with 10 vitamins and up to 84% protein (depending on taste) that contributes to building and maintaining muscle. The special combination of the three protein components in Protein 85 is specifically chosen so that the amino acids of the proteins are absorbed with a time delay (time-released).

What can I expect from Protein 85?
Protein 85 is a standard protein that reliably supplies you with amino acids and, thanks to its balanced amino acid composition, effectively contributes to building and maintaining muscle. The effectiveness of Protein 85 on your individual goals depends very much on your training and nutritional habits and the use of additional supplements (creatine, amino acids, special supplements).

Muscle building is supported by a sufficient and constant supply of protein or amino acids and thus Protein 85. Protein 85 guarantees you a longer and more constant supply of amino acids than fast proteins and is therefore generally suitable for any time of the day, but particularly for bridging longer periods without a protein supply.

However, at times when a quick protein source is desired, such as in the morning and before and after exercise, you should prefer quick proteins or free amino acids to Protein 85.

The three protein components of Protein 85 are selected so that the amino acids of the individual proteins complement each other biologically.

The calcium caseinate in protein 85 is quickly absorbed and promptly supplies the organism with the first amino acids, which, however, do not enter the blood pool as massively as would be the case with a pure fast protein. The special gel-like and therefore medium-fast, isoflavone-free soy protein isolate (gel) ensures the medium-term influx of amino acids and also increases the content of the basic, semi-essential amino acid L-arginine. Recommended consumption
Consume one portion daily, mixed from 30 g powder (2 level measuring spoons) and 300 ml water or alternatively skimmed milk. The protein drink should be prepared in a shaker or with a blender.
