What makes a good plant-based protein?
If you are a die-hard vegetarian or even vegan, or for another reason - for example because of a sensitivity to something - you do not want to consume protein sources of animal origin, then you need to take a closer look at plant proteins. However, these do not have a complete amino acid profile in themselves because they do not contain all the essential amino acids; their ratio to one another does not correspond to human needs, in contrast to protein sources of animal origin. Dosage recommendation
